TAOG Objectives & Strategies   You are here: Home > TAOG Objectives & Strategies TAOG will work with the Texas Legislature, other governmental agencies, the courts, employers, health care systems and insurers, to keep the focus on women's health.   TAOG will liaison closely with the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists to promote the professionalism of our specialty and to educate the public and private sectors about the cost-effectiveness of obstetrical and gynecologic care.   TAOG will continue with efforts to build the Texas Coalition for Women's Health, which is a key vehicle for patient education.   TAOG will examine the demographics of our association carefully to ensure that our membership reflects gender and ethnic balance.   TAOG will develop a fiscally sound organization that provides value to our members.
